  1. MetalShips Launch 59-meter Superyacht "Maybe"

MetalShips recently splashed the 59-meter superyacht "Maybe" in Spain. The yacht is now in the water for the first time after construction and already has an interesting life leading up to this point. This superyacht has been under construction since 2008 at another Spanish yard known as Factoria Naval de Marin. Of course it has not been persistently in build from that time but was put on hold because of hard times at Factoria Naval de Marin. MetalShips picked up the project last year and started to work on it after an owner was secured.
  2. She already has a name too sporting "Maybe" on the superstructure. The twin screw superyacht was known as project 102 while in build and now has the distinction as being the largest superyacht ever constructed in Spain. The design of Maybe is by Acubens Naval Architects with an interior by Marcelo Pena Yacht Design. Naturally, she will have Trans-Atlantic range and be able to take her guests pretty much wherever they please in luxury. Many of them will probably never know of the interesting history behind this new yacht. Maybe is expected to make an appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) in September.
