YF published an article on the new NL 50 Plus as it was unveiled by designers Nuvolari Lenard towards the end of 2023. In that article it was stated that the first hull of the line was already under construction. At the time it didn't have an owner and was started on speculation but now that same hull has been purchased. The hull design is by Van Oosssanen while the exterior and interior is by Nuvolari Lenard.

Now that the first hull has been purchased delivery will be focused on the new owner. Onboard there is a five cabin layout for a minimum of 10 guests with a large owners suite on the main deck and four VIP-grade suites on the lower deck. The master suite is 50 square meters on a 52.4-meter vessel. The master suite is forward main deck with a slide-out balcony/terrace for added luxurious appeal.

With the yacht already in build there is now an advantageous delivery timeline for the new owner. CAT power is onboard with a top speed of 16.5-knots expected from the assigned powerplants. The outdoor areas on this 52.4-meter vessel are guest-oriented with the sun deck being offered as one of the largest spaces on a yacht her size. It features a heated spa and fire pit. On the opposite end of the yacht on the transom, there is a beachclub akin to that found on the Benetti Oasis class. A pool resides in this location with fold-down side terraces and multi-level spaces. The keel-laying ceremony was held on the 13th of March 2024.
