News: Baglietto Unveils New 48M Explorer Yacht

Italian builder Baglietto used the Yachts Miami Show to unveil a new design for an explorer type yacht using their familiar modern design. It is not just a concept yacht, the yard expects to start construction soon on this new vessel. A couple of points on the capabilities of the yacht surround being able to stay at anchor for extended periods of time and also decent at-sea endurance along with having great seakeeping characteristics.

The new yacht is to be built under Hull 10229 with a design by Francesco Paszkowski. Special features onboard include a Turkish Bath, Beach Club, Jacuzzi, very large aft bridge deck space for entertainment and tender storage. The full accommodation isn't known as yet but we do know the master suite is forward on the main deck and is dominated by very large rectangular glazing to the sides. This should result in spectacular views for the new owner. As for the interior design, that has been left open for now to allow for different style options. The sundeck is open and spacious offering sunpadded areas as well as for lounging. The jacuzzi is located up there too. There hasn't been a timeline given for the completion of this yacht as yet but Baglietto suggests that construction will start very soon.
