Ferretti 870 yacht to unveil in 2012​

Come Spring 2012, the new 870 model from Ferretti is expected to be unveiled. This is the latest yacht to come from Ferretti, as they turn out new designs regularly. The 870 takes its design from the 800 and 830 models and Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT and Centro Stile have all come together to work on the new design.

The master stateroom is full beam in nature and is dominated by large windows on both sides of the hull giving dramatic effect by the wealth of day light penetrating. The bed is also large for two persons and the room in itself is spacious. There is storage in every corner for the ordinary and the distinct.

Other rooms for guest to sleep in include a twin, a double and a VIP stateroom. In total these rooms satisfy for eight persons. The interior is modern and edgy using the lighter end of the earthy tones. As far as interior finishes are concerned, the Ferretti 870 Project is characterized by refined walnut stained natural oak wood, which can also be found in the furniture, doors and drawers featuring lacquered tops and frames. Below deck, wood is combined with leather, which has been used to furnish all cabins. Every aspect integrates well along the yacht's contours.

On the technical side, the Ferretti 870 is expected to have twin MTU 12V 2000 M94 engines. Top speed is around 30.5-knots with cruising in the region of 27-knots with cruising speed estimated at 360 neautical miles. Look out for the new model in Spring 2012.
