  1. New Launch: Harwal Marine 100' RPH Motoryacht

Enkhuizen, Holland April 20, 2008 – Yachting's latest launch is Harwal Marine's 100' "Opportunity", a build that began at their new facilities in Holland two years ago. Harwal Marine is a division of the Harwal Group, who after taking over Northland yachts and the custom woodworking facilities of Combi Jachtbouw, established it’s own facilities and will be launching the vessel under their newly formed company in Enkhuizen.
  2. The semi-displacement, aluminum pilothouse yacht was built to a Frank Mulder design with a superstructure featuring large floor-to-ceiling oval windows for the salon. Opportunity's 23' beam provides space to roam, inside or out. Harwal paid attention to details, such as extending overhangs to cover the walk-around deck from inclement weather.
  3. The interior is said to be well-planned, making full use of Opportunity's 23' beam. The owner's suite is located midship and also features large oval windows. The suite also includes a sitting area, workstation, his and hers bath complete with shower and a Jacuzzi tub. But that's not all... another full beam master is located aft with his/hers bathrooms. The outside aft-deck lounge area is completed with a full wet bar as well as seating for alfresco dining.
  4. Although the flybridge has a forward helm, it is really a resort deck. Features include a heated Jacuzzi, wet bar, barbecue, and a 50-inch plasma screen that lowers from the hardtop. There is a five-person wide sun lounge on top of the jacuzzi, with each pad reclining individually. Tender and watercraft storage is on the aft flybridge. Opportunity is powered by a pair of 1,450-hp. MTU 2000 Series engines that deliver a top speed of 21 knots. At a cruising speed of 15 knots, her range exceeds 3,000 nautical miles.

In addition to Opportunity, Harwal Marine is continuing operations with the construction of an 85 footer as well as a 130 footer. The complete new line will debut in 2009.
