    What with all the reliance upon computer-driven navigation and satellite downlinks, it's no wonder the US Naval Academy stopped teaching its cadets how to use sextants years ago. Still, it might not have hurt for the crew of this luxury liner to have read the latest report from the US Geological Survey team, operating somewhere near the Louisiana shoreline... :D
