  1. MCP Yachts Has Second 106 LE MotorYacht Under Construction
After launching the first 106 LE (Limited Edition), "Mars" last year, Brazilian manufacturer MCP is embarking on building another one. It is well underway in construction and is anticipated to be completed later this year. The aluminum motoryacht is quite interesting with the ability to run a decent speed while carrying as many as eleven guests. Top speed is usually in the region of 24-knots with a pair of CAT C32 Acert 1,825 horse power engines. Cruising speed is still fast too at 20-knots and dial back further, this smaller yacht can run out a 3,000 nautical mile range. Accommodation for the guests are in five staterooms with four of them being on the lower deck while the owners' room is on the main deck forward, full beam in nature of course. Speaking of the beam, the full width of the yacht is 7.22-meters. Up to six crew members can be accommodated onboard hull 2 in the 106 LE series. The second hull is expected to have similar features to the debut hull like saloon with sliding side doors that open up to the side decks and fold down bulwark in the same area to provide better visibility outward while at anchor.
