    That's the problem with chilled water. One broken fitting and no a/c throughout the entire boat...... it should be pretty easy to fix it where you're at......even if you have to hose clamp hose over the two pipes or put a fitting in.

    Also, you need to drain and re-fill the system with proper Glycol solution. You get below freezing in Vancouver in winter and if you have been filling the system with water you will have frozen pipes and then really have a mess on your hands.
