For one thing it has 10-11 stairs to a rather small flybridge. Great indoor space and limited useable outdoor space.

That is a good point, however there is still a 15' X 17' cockpit and other features that may compensate for this. Pity there is no door to the deck from the pilothouse helm.
I am wondering if it has something to do with the construction or materials used.
    Airex core?
The comments in an older listing regarding the bulkheads having been redone etc. Taste is personal, but to me this boat is beautiful.
Anyone have history on this boat?

The listing says that the port engine has 50 hours since major in November 2006!!!!!!!!!!!! With Johnson Towers 8v92's.......ouch....... I agree the boat is beautiful, but sounds like she has been a dock queen and never used.

Yeah, but when was the listing updated? By now it may have had a few hundred hours, we hope.

Hit the "Print this boat" link on the listing. A new window will open up with a printable version of the listing that shows the month/year of the last price change (5/14) and the bottom of the page will show the date of the last time the listing was updated (July 8, 2014). It doesn't mean that more hours haven't been put on the engines since the listing was originally posted, just that the number of hours wasn't changed on the last time the listing was updated.

    Thanks for that.
