I am just a little guy here new to the site!

I am currently renewing my 6 Pack, i wanted to get it 5 years ago, just because! I am currently sailing a 21 foot catamaran! This renewal experience is crazy, so much stuff to do and waiting on things to be approved now i have my open book test, which is always good to renew things in your head i guess. My problem is i live in PA. its wenter time soon. I had to take my boat home so now i am not with Sea time. In order to not take this test i need 360 days! i had 260, some say they dont need hours to renew i dont know how to go about doing that. ? I need to find away to make money at this but not sure how to start. I figured i would poke around on this site to see what the Professionals are doing, and maybe learn a few things..
