    Hello All,

I am doing a study of what it would cost annually to keep a yacht such as Bart Roberts going. Does anyone have any idea of the fuel consumption of its 2 x 2000hp Ruston 6RKC Diesels and what an economical cruising speed would be for a ship like this?

Also what crewing costs would be involved.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Try contacting Ben Snead at Expedition Yachts International. He deals in yachts of this class and would have a handle on operating costs.

Thanks for that. Will do. Point taken on my profile. Came on in a hurry when I did it first time. Amended slightly now.
