I'm looking for an engine mechanic in So. Fl. for a pair of Gardners. There used to be a Brit named Duggin but he has retired and I hear his son has taken over. I can't find current phone numbers.

    Thanks for any help.

Disregard the latter half of the previous post. Duggins no longer work on Gardners.

Any Gardner marine mechanics in So. Fl.?

You'd do well to contact Mendol. They're pretty sharp, and can fix just about anything. If you need contact info, PM me Judy.

Thanks!! I have a client looking at a beautiful seaworthy yacht but is concerned he won't be able to get the engines serviced in US. The engines don't need anything...now/yet. I know they are rock solid engines, but still require accessibility to a mechanic periodically. I'll give Mendol a call on Monday.

    Thanks!

Where is the owner keeping his boat and where is he heading. Keep a tech on both ends.
Oil, filter, belts, impellers and other hang on stuff a good tech should be able to handle.

Gardeners aren't too terribly complicated, so any good diesel mechanic should be able to work on them.
