    To secure a full time, long term captain’s position aboard a private power, sailing yacht or land based marine related position.

    LICENSE
    • U.S.C.G. 200 Ton (500) ITC Masters License for both power and sail.
    • U.S.C.G. near coastal Masters license since 1977.
    • Unlimited Radar Observer
    • STCW-95
    • Bridge Procedures
    • Commercial Assisted Towing
    • TWIC card
    • Marine Radio Operator’s Permit
    • Open Water P.A.D.I. & SSI certified
    • Power Squadron Member
    • US Sailing

    BOATING EXPERIENCE
    • 35+ years as a Full Time/Delivery/Charter captain. Deliveries included moving boats between the Caribbean, Florida, Bahamas, Bermuda, New England, ICW, Erie Barge Canal, Canada, Welland Canal, Mississippi, Tenn-Tom, Okeechobee Waterway, and the Great Lakes, boats from 34’ to 98’, power and sail. Thousands of coastal and off-shore delivery miles with my longest off-shore trip being 14 days.
    Very much a Hands-on captain with good engineering, paint, varnish and electrical knowledge. Arneson and IPS drive experience.
