And the morsels for mutts keep on coming in this creative canine thread. This video is legal for YF because water is involved. Did know dogs could swim subsurface...?

The soundtrack is especially appealing if your a Brad Delp and Steve Shultz fan.

    Hi,

Yes, A guy I used to dive with who lived in Townsville had a Dingo cross ***** who could dive under water to pick up things that were thrown for her to fetch. The deepest I saw her go was approx 1m (3ft)

It was quite funny to watch as this dog seemed to be running underwater with a stream of bubbles out her nostrils, she used to also swim around with us while snorkeling which was ok till she wanted to climb up on someone and have a rest.

In the end there was a special boat made for her like a small dinghy with no transom so she could get in and out by herself.

The whole concept was in use years later with the next dog which was a Kelpie but not such a good swimmer.

The photo below was taken on the Gt Barrier Reef about 40km off TSV. in 2006.

To be honest, I didn't bother watching the fight, 'Friends' was on the other channel. Much less predictable.

The best I can compete with on recent dog treats is cooking a tri tip for dinner guests and having the hounds stand at attention waiting for a scrap or two.

In the 7 years of having this dog, not once has a 'treat' fallen off the table. But she is a persistent one, never giving up hope.

Through 7 years of standing at attention you haven't given in and let one scrap 'accidently' fall? You're a hard man. That begging look took generations to perfect. Come on, she's earned it.:D (Beautiful dog you've got there.) It's ok girl, I'll help you work on dad.:D How about it members, should dad let one fall?:D

That dog is better trained, better behaved, smarter, more agile and cuter than 90% of the people I know (including myself). Reminds me of my wife's T-shirt that says "I Love Dogs...People not so much". Wish that trainer would forego those high jumps though. Dogs pay for that later in life. Good video Fish.
