    Took these pictures of Allegro today. Built by Benetti she is 183'8" in length and was completed in 2005. This yacht seems larger then 183 in person and is very tall off the water line for a yacht of this length which gives off a very impressive look.

    Hey thanks very much for those pictures. Allegro's Gel coat and accessories look in superb condition. Her Anchors and anchor plates look like they have never beeen used before. I guess she had a refit recently since her delivery over 2 years ago?

    Is Benetti making yachts that big with Gelcoat? Surely that's an lpu no? Doesn't take more than a little elbow grease to keep the stainless shiny. Anything less and someone is not doing their job.

    Allegro, Galaxy, Annaeva, Wind, Ambrosia which are the bigger yachts from Benetti all have the gelcoat.

    What I was just sayign is that in the pics provided by Rob, was that the coat looks superbly new like if she was delievered last week. So I was thinking she had some refit recently? That is what I was asking.

    Perhaps you mean Awlgrip and not Gelcoat...?
