I’ve been seeing this thing in my FB feed for a while, but can’t find any reviews from actual users of the product. Has anyone tried this thing? It’s kind of pricey to just roll the dice on. It seems like a small ozone generator designed to be mounted in the AC intake stream, but on the other hand, you aren’t supposed to be anywhere near an ozone generator while it’s running.
So funny you mentioned that, I too was having issues finding reviews. I looked closely at their so called 30 day guarantee. First of all, any vendor that requires you to pay shipping on a return is not confident in their product. Additionally, they have a list of conditions regarding the return of the product which also makes me doubt the effectiveness of the product. Lastly, this product has been on the market for a few years, it is very strange how there are like five reviews across multiple platforms. The review on hull truth looks like a vendor plant and amongst the potential four others, one says it doesn't work. If they would be more willing to stand behind their product with something like a 90 days guarantee with return shipping covered on their dime, I would give it a try. However, the guarantee is 30 days from the purchase. I mean do they realize that 70 percent of boaters have their boats winterized. Maybe they do and they hope you buy in the off season with no possibility if return. To me this product screams red flags, however, if it actually works, I want one. If anyone from the company is reading this, get behind product or start putting more investment into R&D. Until then, I plan to use my air filter.
