46 cockpit freezer compressor

    Has anybody with a 46 ever relocated the cockpit freezer compressor to a better location in the bilge. Mine is on the starboard side between the hull and motor. It's a bugger to work around. Thanks

    mine is under the freezer under the cockpit aft of the engine room bulkhead.
    plenty of room there.
    I Think that's OEM in later models.

    Mine is a 89. My water tanks are there I will see if there is enough height to fit. That would be great Thanks
