I'm trying to find suitable replacement TV's for the staterooms in my Cabo 48. I'm striking out on anything that would fit in the existing holes from the original TV's. Does anyone know of a quality TV in this size range that can be flush mounted?

Make a sketch and head to your nearest BestBuy with a tape measure.

Did that. Smallest TV they have is the Samsung 24. It had a Helios and Sole TV standard and they are done. Thanks.

Yes a TV can be flush mounted. Why not just mount a bigger one right on the wall where the old ones were? Another option is to check computer monitors with speakers......they may have a built in tuner or use your existing direct tv box.

I can probably get away with that on the VIP as there is about 27" of usable room once I reposition the light switch. In the Master, I'm screwed because it has a total if 18" without extending past the wall or impeding the Cupboard door. I like the Monitor idea, but was hoping to find a couple of name brand plug and play TV's. Oh well...

Had Sceptre 15" with DVD player in two staterooms of our last boat. The only negative was viewing angle not as wide, otherwise worked well. Bought them at Walmart... a real bargain.

Went with a Samsung 24" and changed the position of the light switch. Came out pretty good.

Looks great! Did you end up finding a solution for the master? I replaced the salon TV on our Tiara last year and am about to head down same path as you regarding the smaller Master TV...

Not yet, there is such limited space that I think I am going to try to find a monitor that works and use a TV tuner.
