  1. ProFab Engineering Building 39-meter Multihull Explorer
A new explorer type yacht is presently under construction in New Zealand. Being built by a company called ProFab Engineering the yacht is a multihull near 40-meter vessel that is expected to be offered for charter when completed. The 39.5-meter catamaran is very rugged looking and will be carrying an armada of tenders and toys on her aft main deck and thanks to her relatively wide footprint. In fact this yacht -currently known as The Beast-, not to be confused with the code name of the sail yacht now called "Ngoni", will carry a 13-meter sportfishing tender along with a 9-meter amphibious type tender. Other ribs and toys will be available and all stored on the aft deck supported by a beefy deck crane.
  2. The design of the rugged utilitarian yacht is by LOMOcean and is being built for an experienced owner who knows what he wants. This yacht will be sailing long distances too at reasonably economical speeds. Her tanks in the hulls can hold up to 76,000 LT of fuel. A maximum of twelve (12) guests will be accommodated onboard in five cabins. Even though a large portion of the yacht's space goes to tender storage, her enormous 12-meter beam allows for a volume of around 495GT. ProFab Engineering is no stranger to building yachts as their crowning achievement to date was the yacht "Black Pearl". Look out for this yacht being delivered to her experienced owner in December 2018.
