Everyone needs a break every now and then. This tug had Sunday off.

What was once priceless to someone, appears worthless to everyone.

I shot this for the cool paint scheme, but then noticed something when reviewing later on.
Hmmm, twin engines but only three exhaust ports?

Have to run. I'll post some more of the big yachts soon.

    Tom-

Is it possible that she is having some repair done on the '4th' exhaust port (noted by the blue painters tape over what would be the presumed location of said missing port?)

I guess a long shot is that the missing port isn't actually missing, but vented at the bow?  :p

Manifolds, risers and mufflers are regularly replaced on big blocks. The Cigarette shown is for sale. Matter of fact, just about every Cigarette is for sale these days. Guess it's a sign of the times. People trying to quit smoking. :D

Most definitely, PB. You know, I had to add in a snappy caption to the photo. Vented at the bow, now that is interesting.

Big buck raceing may be dieing over there but over here in Guernsey(an old Class 1 Off-Shore World event), its all started again.

Old boats that have been sitting in sheds for 10 years have popped and farted into life once more. All my old stock of big block Manis and Risers have sold out and the kids(yes, the kids, late teens and 20's) just love it.

These kids cannot go fast on the street anymore, so why not on the water? Somewhere, somehow all those hormones must get used up in speed.

Its all done on the cheap, bits borrowed from each other, with us oldies doing the safety stuff.

Its such a gas to watch, in one race out of 25 only 3 finished. One had V8s, the next had a Yam 35. I had a grin on my face wider than the village idiot.

Hang on, we don't have a village idiot anymore. Does that mean...........? :D

It didn't dawn on me at the time. It's 78' Garlington. Early new-millennium model as I remember.
