Interesting how the background is of Port St. CHarles :) however, PF is being done by the same people who did PSC. The residences look really good though, in the finished one shown, beautiful!

On the website of port ferdinand it says that
there will be a watertaxi to the port st charles beachclub and all owners of port ferdinand will automatically be a member of the port st charles beach club.

    Any new development pictures?

No, Ive been a few times down there but remember I was out of a camera and plus even though I had another one I still didn't take any because the photos would essentially look the same as the more recent coverage I gave. I am waiting until more substantial progress is made.

Any new developments at the new marina?

Yes it is... the condos on one side are now totally completed and most of the berths are completed. Of course the inlet and bridge has been completed a while now. They still have to build the other condos on the opposite side though. So while one side is done they other side is still under build.

Looks like somewhere I could convince the boss to hang for a while , we like to surf:)

Unfortunately due to the lack of response from them I assume at this stage they don't offer transient berths , will try again in the future

    Got a reply 10 sec after posting:eek:

Many thanks for your e-mail. At this time we do not have any transient berths options, however there may be an option for transient guest in the near future.
