  1. Pride Yachts Debuted 109-meter 'Tomorrow' Concept at MYS

Another new concept debuted at the just concluded 2014 Monaco Yacht Show (MYS). This one is from Pride Yachts in China. It's a pretty large concept, nearly 109-meters LOA with a healthy overall beam 16.3-meters, yes that's just about 54-feet. Sinot Yacht Design has collaborated with Pride Yachts on this particular project creating a sumptuous Beach-style interior purely about relaxation. Even though the tones chosen are on the lighter-side of the colour palette, the overall feel is still somewhat warm. However, it is open with numerous spaces that connect directly with the sea. For example, there is a large beach-club on the aft lower deck. This links directly to the aft swim platform. Of course, it has downward-folding shell doors to completely open up the space and provide that in-out feel when at anchor.

One deck above, on the aft main deck is another of 'Tomorrow's' features, a large pool. As you expect, a large yacht usually has at least one large pool... and it is usually long and rectangular. On this Pride concept, the main pool is large and circular with built-in seating inside the pool itself. Seating around the pool on the vast teak-deck areas clearly wasn't good enough. The number of guests that the 4,800 gross tonne superyacht is expected to carry depends on the layout chosen by the owner. However, guest accommodation will be in the region of 18-26 and some 30 crew.
