At what price are the apartments going for sale?

How long does it take to go to st lucia with a, lets say Princess 65?
And when you go boating around Barbados, are the any cool caves or great beachclubs to go and stay the day?

This is literally how close Port Ferdinand is to Port St. Charles Marina. Of course this is a really old picture but it gives an idea.

Well, it is not a big marina as you can see so don't expect to see big yachts berthing inside there, whenever it finishes.

Here is the master plan of the marina earlier from the first page. If you look at the finger slips you can see they aren't very long.

You forgot; "ICE", "Mi Sueno", "Keri Lee III" and a few sail yachts in between. Whatever they are I am thankful for when they pass through because the yachts generally don't come this far south. So alot we are getting many of the yachts stopping off in Barbados to refuel, provision et al after crossing the Atlantic then make their way up the island chain to the more top destinations.

While down at Port St. Charles Marina photographing "Cracker Bay's" arrival, the guys were working on the new marina under construction, Port Ferdinand. A look at the drawbridge with it partially opened, it gives an idea how it will work. Split in half and both sides pivot into the air.

Some update pictures on the work going on at the Port Ferdinand marina site that I took yesterday.

    * They diverted traffic to flow over the new draw bridge recently. It still has to be paved though but for now you can drive over it.

Its hard to get any information on this new project. The developer doesn't have a good website.

I passed down there recently but I didn't have my camera and it was night as well! I can tell you the some of the condo units have started having the exterior finishes. I have no idea how inside the marina looks at present. I know it is hard to get information on this project because there is literally none! At least to tell you anything on the current progress of the project. If I do not go and take pics and look for myself, you guys wouldn't know. I'll try to head down there if I have time soon, in the coming week or so...

Congrats man!!! As to when, I really do not know, I would have to ask a question the next time I head down there. I think if you look at the billboard I posted in the first pic, it says info@portferdinand.com. Maybe email that and see if you get an answer.
