   this and the next reply seem to bump heads with most of the other ''expert'' (#16) answers this thread has produced.....All I know is that there where many times I would have welcomed one up front...
   
   But again the original question to the design and engineering departments , why is this feature ignored??

   Take a look at the typical length and hull form of a Broward. You do the math. It has been explained to you why it has been "ignored", you just don't like the answer.
