    Does anyone have electrical drawings for the Man engines command system in the predator 62?

    The electrical schematics for the 62' Sunseeker are near useless and just show a schematic (some of it wrong equipment etc.) and not where any of it is located. I am VERY familiar with the 62' Predator and have managed and run one for 6+ years now. what exactly do you need to know about it?

    Thanks..
    Has Man twin 1100 hp with Man control head .
    Port control will not give flashing light required for engaging gear.
    Switched the Control wires at helm ......problem did not follow.
    Swapped Control Boxes in Engine room no action on the Port side.

    Which helm control do you have? I don't think MAN made clutch/throttle controls. Send a pic if your not sure of the mfg.

    If the problem did not follow when you swapped the wires, it's most likely the control head itself. They're Rex Roth controls sold by man

    The Bosch Rexroth control looks like this;

    There are some small differences in the button silkscreen from model to model.
    One one of our customers control, the foil membrane failed and the channel never initialized or came available.
    There may be a I/O box in the engine room. Check for breakers or fuses.
    Some MAN boxes have LEDs signifying if a control bus signal is present.

    Since it's a can-bus option, I'm not sure if it's plug and play on unit replacement.
    A tech may have to be called in.

    Man tech has to come out. There were 2 models. A crappy one (the earlier ones) that had issues if mounted on a FB or other damp location and a new style.....the new style is metal through the holes all of the way into the body of each shift lever the big 1" hole at the base of the lever. Those are the controls but there are only 2 buttons and 2 lights.....activate on the port side and synch on the starboard side of the same pad.....and can't remember what the lights are from memory........

    I had nothing to do with it. Lets say poor build model.
