Bad day? Take a ride in an F-18...

A friend sent me this. I wasn't having a good coding day. Darn near ready to feed my keyboard to the paper shredder, so this momentary divergence was welcome...

(scene two is hilarious)

The closest I've come to this experience was on my 30th birthday. As a present, I was given a ride in a P-51 Mustang. I'm not sure what the G factor was, but when he pulled vertical off the deck, it must have been the equivalent of a Vulcan mind-melt. I walked goofy for an hour after that flight!

I can't begin to imagine the PAIN an F-18 exerts on the human body.

That is serious. Those are some G's, the guy passed out about three or four times in the series.

Great stuff Carl..

Had me cracking up and was great timing as I also needed a diversion after a day with the CFO and budgets!

If you guys are still up for a laugh, check out this guy testing himself against 9g's. I think the F-18 got up to 7.5???

G-Force Test

Enjoy

I came pretty close to what that guy was feeling when I rode The Hulk roller coaster at Universal. LoL

Thumbs up

The closest to an F-18 ride for me was a ride in a Fouga Jet, www.fougajet.com with it's owner Mark Elliott
