I know that she is not a yacht as we see a yacht but Seabourne cruiselines refer to their ships as yachts. For those that do not know, that cruiseline operates small cruiseships that offer very high service and luxury. Owing to the small number of passengers these vessels carry, they have a high personalized rate.
Sebourne Cruiselines just laid the keel for their new vessel, the Seabourne Odyssey. Other vessels in their fleet include the Seabourne Spirit, Seabourne Pride and Seabourne Legend-all close sisters-. The keel of the Odyssey was laid back in July and delivery is set for mid 2009.
The 450 passenger vessel will carry more passengers than her smaller sisters but the level of personalization will still be very high. Unlike mass-market cruiseships, this vessel will feature intimate and very high luxury experiences.
