A pretty interesting design, but what is that thing sticking up like a feather?

Sylvain,
In the future, please keep images to a maximum width of 640 pixels.
Thanks!

The fin on the top is dedicated to a purpose everybody seems to have forgotten when installing fuel cells and other hydrogen devices : safety !
A continuous ventilation of technical rooms where fuel cells and/or H2 cylinders are stored is required, and the exhaust should be as far as possible from accomodation areas. Here is the shape, inspired from killer whale back fin.
A second purpose is to shelter all antennas and radomes, if the fin is made of specific composite material as used for naval grey ships I'm familiar with. That's why you see no Satcom nor navigation radar antenna. Everything is integrated and we can keep this smooth design for top part of superstructure.
Note for Kevin : Sure !

A baby Sigma!!! I do kinda like the big, bold windows for the helm. And the style of the triple portholes on the hull. One set only though, two is overkill.

I need my portholes for guest cabins : 4 in lower deck, with portholes for everybody. Maybe I will reduce the size, to look "lighter" on ship side.
Anyhow, they moved slightly aft after consolidation of the GA, to cope with tender hatch located forward, with the tender I started to sketch also.

| Another big toy
This one should make you react, I think
More energy and punch than Organik, isn't it ?
I'm still working on its development, and I may add some fittings here and there to achieve a functional design : doors, portholes, etc.....

If I had to pick I'd choose Cyclop over Organic hands down. I tend to gravitate towards designs that are truly different and Cyclop is defiinitely different, by miles.
Whichever crew member gets tasked with cleaning that bubble window is going to hate you though. |

A bit of whimsey in yacht design is a refreshing change. The storm shutters would have to be painted with an obvious image. |

A short while ago there were some designs here by a tallented, but uninspired artist. These designs I don't like. They kind of look like something out of the Jetsons. BUT THESE HAVE INSPIRATION. Cudos. These are the types of minds that bring about projects like A . look forward to seeing more. Keep up the good work.

An interesting opening to retro design and Art Deco.
From golden ages..... but modern technology everywhere !
Diesels instead of steam engines, balcony instead of side guns, and much more to come.
Length : 112 metres.
A lot of accessories are to be rendered : tenders, prop guards, hull portholes, flag masts, etc... Little by little....
