Nice work and congratulations on your new venture.
Is this boat being built now?

Hi Brian,
The images are samples of what my business does. We specialize in 3D computer rendering with a specialty in yachts. I have a pretty extensive portfolio but unfortunately most projects are under non-disclosure agreements therefore I'll show what I can. Some designs (not this one) are mine though and when I post them I'll be looking for feedback on the design and visualization. My hope here is to get opinions from members on what they see, they being experienced yacht aficionados like yourself.

thats very impressive rendering to say the least. the water spray coming off the hull looks spot on. would like to see more of your work. what rendering program are u using?

Hi 84far,
The model was created in Rhino and supplied to me from Gregory C. Marshall N.A. Ltd. The render was done using Maya and composited in Photoshop. I'm glad you like it but I'll be posting more and better images for comments.

For me the lighting is confusing. Long shadows around the boat suggest a low sun angle. But the sunspot on the water is where I would expect it for a high sun angle.
