I agree Kelly, I mean it is fine to put in one if you have the money and resources to do it BUT in terms of functionability in terms of viewing sealife on the seafloor it wouldnt be feasible. What happnes when you cruise into places like the Emms, Thammes and so on where the water is murky. To see anything from a big glass bottom in a yacht, the yacht would have to position itself in very shallow water as Kelly said and that could jeapordize the yacht's bottom, morespecifically the glass wall. Even though that would be made from some acryllic based, sandwiched and laminated infused glass.
It makes more sense to have it in the tender/s that does not have so much of a restricted draught.
