French naval officer considering career shift

I am currently serving as a lieutenant in the French navy as operations officer on a 2400t warship. My training at the naval academy provided me with a certificate as officer of the watch that enables me to take watches on anything from a patrol boat to an aircraft carrier.

I am planning to leave the Navy within 3 years time (I'll be 29 by then) and I am willing to find a job in tha megayacht industry.

My question are:

- what positions can I expect to obtain as experienced navy deck officer?

- what civilian qualifications do I require to apply for these positions? (given that my certificate is STCW based but lacks some courses such as cargo handling)

Thanks in advance for your precious answers
