This is an legitimate advert. Hostile work environment?

Kona Aggressor
Relief Captain / Instructor-DM
This position starts in April, Exact date will be
announced shortly.

You must be a US citizen and be a Scuba Instructor or
Divemaster.

The Kona Aggressor is an 80' power cat which runs week
long scuba divingcharters along the Kona coast of the Island of Hawaii.
6 crew provide service to up to 14 guests each week.
You must provide your own transportation to Hawaii and
are responsible for a drug test.

This is a live aboard position with a 6 week on 2 week
off rotation. You will assume control of boat operations when the
captain is off the boat. This is generally 2 weeks of your 6 week rotation.
This is not a premadona position! There is not an engineer,
so you are responsible for maintainning boat systems.

You will be leading dives and doing deck duty as well
as making beds, cleaning heads and alot of customer service.
Sobriety for your 6 week rotation is required.
There is very little personal time off the boat during
the rotation. You will be sharing a cabin.
There is no company housing, you need to make
arrangements for your time off.

Base pay is $1000/mo with 2nd captains pay an
additional $125/wk and and the captains pay an additional $250/wk.
Also weekly gratuity averages $400-500.
