New to charter industry help needed....

Hi there,

If anyone can shed any light on what i'm looking for it would be hugely appreciated. Myself and my partner (he's the Capt. i'm the mate) are just about to start running a 77ft (23.5m) classic M/S for charter. We've both been in the sailing industry for a while but have not run a charter boat together.

Also the boat is a 'new' charter boat, so there is nothing in place i.e risk assessment, s.o.p's, preference forms/declaration for guests.... the list goes on. On top of this we are not dealing with an agent either, just us.... and the boss!!!!! We will be based in the Med and the boat is British reg.

If anyone can point me in the direction of where i could pick up templates/info or if anyone has copies they could forward i will be forever in your debt!!!!!

Many many many thanks in advance

xxxxx
