Some of you may know or heard of Jody Hill, a popular and experienced yacht skipper, most recently aboard the 1934 classic Flicka. Jody was involved in a serious accident in the British Virgin Islands in May 2006. The car he was travelling in rolled down an embankment leaving him with severe spinal injuries. He has been left paralysed from the waist down.
Jody has been in hospital just about ever since. At this stage there is a very little hope of recovery.
