STCW95 classes(BST Classes) in VA or MD???

Does anyone know who offers STCW95 safety training classes in the northern VA or MD areas? Just the classes to upgrade a current master's license to add the STCW95 certification...

Help would be appreciated.

I have been looking for the same thing. I am active duty coast guard just about to get out into the boating industry. I am looking to be apart of a crew to get some sea time behind me. You might want to call the MSO in Norfolk. I know of a school in Gloster Near Yorktown. Look up Virginia Institute of Marine Science too. You know anyone who needs a crew? I like to get some sea time out of Virginia.
