    This is Minhajuddin from Hyderabad.
    I have worked as Project Coordinator in a luxury yacht manufacturing company in dubai.
    presently iam in India.
    I want to know which type of licence i should posses to drive a luxury yacht in INDIA as well as abroad, and where i can get it and what's the time period needed for posseing it.
    I dont have any idea about the yacht licence and its various type.
    so can any one can give the details for that.

    Hi,

    What qualifications do you have as Project Co Ordinator?

    If you are starting out fresh you will need sea time , training courses and money.

    What does the Indian Maritime Authority have as Licences?

    If India is on the IMO White List the Commercial Tickets are fully accepted by most other countries for an Endorsement.

    Commercial Tickets that are acceptable to the applicable Flag State will be able to be used on yachts.
