Almost a shame to put something that pretty in the water (fresh I hope). Beautiful.

Beautiful boats Yachtguymke! I love the classics and that Coronado's helm makes my heart beat faster. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Congratulations on a simply stunning boat - Ive just totally rebuilt a 1938 26ft "Enclosed" ChrisCraft here in the UK. I want to have "engine turned" lettering on the transom but cant find anyone capable of doing it the "old" way with real gold leaf, nor can I find a supplier of the Vinyl version. Did you have your lettering done with gold leaf or with vinyl letters and if so can you give me details of the supplier?
best

"Nero" with what looks to be a Wallypower 64 alongside her...interesting, never saw that before!

Hi,

If you can order it from the US just Google: Engine Turned Lettering.

You will get a lot of links to many companies that offer the real thing and the vinyl alternative.

Some of you may be interested in this 45 minute video following the construction of a Van Dam classic. It really shows the care and craftmanship that goes into a wooden boat.
