Hanseatic Marine more recently known for their stunning launch and delivery of the megayacht 'SilVer' in the closing months of 2007. SilVer is a long, sleek, fast and spacious luxury megayacht designed by Espen Oeino. She totes 2 X custom 30 foot tenders in garages in the bow, 1 X large aft garage- housing a classy beach club, stunning alternative dining on the sundeck and aircraft-styled interiors. However, to follow in SilVer's footsteps, will be a sister yacht by the name of Fangio.
Fangio will no doubt be just as spectacular as SilVer, with a long, sleek and fast profile. To be built of aluminum, the Fangio is expected to displace around 600 tonnes ( a bit heavier than SilVer). The Fangio will also be an Espen Oeino masterpiece sculpted to a length of 73.30M, a beam of 10.00M and a draught of just 2.5 M.
Hanseatic Marine has this vessel underconstruction currently and is well advanced in the progress of the process. Earmarked for a launch and delivery in early 2009, this Oeino design should be another 'crowd-pleaser'.
The Fangio will be constructed to the stipulations and regulations of Lloyds and also SOLAS (in the bracket if carrying less than 36 passengers). The vessel is expected to fly the red ensign of Cayman Islands with registry in Georgetown (C.I).
