Trinity launches 49-meter "Blind Date" II
Recently, Trinity Yachts launched the new 49-meter "Blind Date" from their indoor shed. The tri-deck semi-displacement motoryacht has an interior designed by renowned Patrick Knowles. The all aluminum yacht has been launched and being prepared for a summer 2009 delivery.
This Trinity design allows for her tenders to be stored to the aft of the main deck, freeing up space that otherwise would have been taken up on the aft sun deck. Her external appearance features a contemporary white and black paint work. The glistening white hull and superstructure beckon attention with the contrasting black masked windows.
The aft upper deck makes up for the space lost to the storage of tender and PWCs on the deck below. A large well finished wooden Al-fresco dining table greets. Wrap-around seating provides comfortable areas to relax while watching a large outdoor flat screen.
T049 as she was known as under construction, and her accommodation features a palatial master stateroom sitted on a split-level arrangement. Other areas cater for a maximum of 12 guests in 5 staterooms.
On the tech side, she has 2 X CAT 3512B engines. These are capable of pushing
Blind Date to a maximum speed of nearly 20 knots. Cruising speed is likely to be in the region of 17 knots. She is on course for delivery for Summer 2009.
