i have been looking for quite a while for a similar spec tender. you have to take into consideration the full weight (loaded with fuel + other loads and water in the bilges) if you are going to lift the tender to your fly bridge. Also, there will be additional loads if the vsl is moving. Hence even for an Avon 490 tender with outboard, i had to upgrade my crane to 1000 kgs for safe operation in all conditions. I know that Cirrus (www.cirrusribs.com) is going to come out with a carbon fibre boat with light weight (500 kgs), but still not produced as to my knowledge.
