Kiwi, I thought you would like this picture of the prototype CAT color MFD. From what I was told these should be out in a few months. They are designed so they can replace the mono displays. Also the display screen can be user designed. No more need for a tech to do it.

They sure look sharp, although I don't mind the red colour backlight the current engine mounted ones have. Lets just hope they work well. CAT quality seems to have taken a few knocks in recent years with the rush to get things to market.
