Low Pressure Hydraulics

Have we got some fellows out there with particular expertise in low-pressure hydraulics? Someone that might steer me to some existing, or little know technologies in this field.

I what to look into the possiblities of utilizing such a technology to unfurl (and maybe furl) the sails on this new rig design in lieu of electric motors, and/or in combination with....some brainstorming you might say.
....maybe drive this low pressure system with a 'coffee grinder' winch?

From the past I recall two items:
1) An 'unpressurized' hydraulic steering system by Marol
2) Replacement shift and throttle cables by 'HydroHelm'
