    Have you tried contacting Marquipt, I think they're located in Fort Lauderdale and do repair their own products for customers. What is wrong or broken on your ladder? You can also buy parts for the ladders as well from Marquipt. I've had to buy the bottom step before because the wheels tore out their holders on 2 of them.......
