Troubleshooting Raytheon ST50 chartplotter

We have a ST50 that is receiving power but not getting a signal from the GPS or any of the sea talk instruments. It was all working last week and now is not. We tried reattaching the cables, etc. to see if something had come loose, but to no avail. Any ideas on what is wrong?
Thanks for any help!!
