SuperYacht for Sale

52m Superyacht Project for Sale 90 % Finished ( Interior work )
Please send email for more informations. Asking Price 17 Mio. Dollar US

Yacht Overview:
Constructed in steel and aluminum to the exacting standards of Lloyds Register of Shipping and under the supervision of Gibraltar Ship Registry, the yacht is fully equipped and certified under SOLAS and Lloyds 100A1 Yacht G6 Mono + LMC to take its owner and guests anywhere in the world in style and comfort.

Befitting a project of this size, yacht’s spacious master suite is accompanied by six luxury double guest cabins, a gymnasium, two indoor saloons, two outdoor lounges, both indoor and outdoor dining rooms and a large relaxation area located on the sky deck. Equipped with the ubiquitous bar, spa pool and sunbeds, the sky deck provides a combination of privacy and panoramic views.

With her two German built MTU main engines giving a combined power of 2320 kW to push her along, two Dutch built generators giving 272 kW of electrical power and over 120,000 litres of fuel to feed them. Designed for self-sufficient cruising around the world, she has the capacity for her two watermakers to produce up to ten tons of drinking water per day. Conscious of the growing environmental restrictions facing yachts entering areas of outstanding natural beauty and World Heritage Areas, a Hamman water treatment system and holding tank are incorporated for when travelling in zero discharge zones. This environmental concern was followed through to the seawater-lubricating shaft seals, stopping the leakage potential associated with oil seals.

The yacht is designed to accommodate 12 crew in double en-suite facilities on the lower deck, the facilities drawn up in accordance with ILO (International Labour Organization) and IMO (International Maritime Organization) guidelines so that no one onboard is left wanting. The engineer is especially catered for, with every system doubled up in a commercial-standard ‘two of everything’ policy, so that even a mechanical breakdown will not affect the continued operation of yacht and its systems. In addition to the fire-insulated cladding and B15-tested wall materials, the use of 3M’s Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid, deployed as well as an aqua mist fogging system eradicates that ultimate of fears – fire onboard.
