Boats and Beauties Abound...

Each year, boat builders from around the world converge on Ft. Lauderdale
to showcase their latest models. Apparently, they bring some boats too.

We wanted to do something different at this year's Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show, so we talked Tom Serio into capturing one of boating's best elements; those sweet talkin', stern standin', darling's of distraction... our beloved 'Boat Show Babes'. Yeah, it was tough talking Tom into this! To make this feature possible, we need to extend a very special thanks to Madeline Andrews of Model Millennium, who supplies the majority of girls for these shows. Additionally, we want to thank the boat builders that embraced YachtForums. Our daily coverage of FLIBS resulted in over 30,000 readers walking the virtual docks with us.

This was a tough shot. The girls had to compete with the new Lazzara Show Display behind them and the debut of the LSX-92 in front of them...

Tom's focus kept fading back to the new LSX-92. To get his attention, the girls would try anything! Special thanks to Rich Lazzara, Chuck Thompson and Troy Raszka for letting us steal the girls... that stole our hearts.
