re voltage, start by measuring the actual voltage at the battery terminal with the engine running over 1200rpm and see the gauge is accurate.
you didn't say how if the voltage, but if your'e also getting high voltage at the battery (over 15V on a 12v system), then teh alternator/regulator is suspect. Pull it and take it to a good alternator shop. Make sure they deal with marine stuff, you dont' want non ingition protected componenents on a gaser.
AC... make sure the outlet arent' blowing cold air directly on the Tstat...
