Looking for electric panel part

    I have a burnt out light board on my DC electric panel. This is the circuit board with the 8 or 10 lights ont he back side of the panels.

    Tag on the board is JCH Assoc but I think they are no longer.

    Anyone have an idea where I can source one? Part# on the printed dircuit board is 290-201.

    I have used a company called " Electrical South" to repair all kinds of PC boards.
    Looks like they were purchased by Schneider electric and renamed Test Point
