    My guess is that it was "enhanced" as well.

    I thought that too - great minds etc...

    It has the look of a film studio about it. Maybe it's a still from 'The Guardian' or a similar film?

    Agreed. The POV for that is near the water's surface. That close to the water, in such a strong storm, I would expect much spray and mist. Too much to see the distant lightning stroke so clearly.
