Perini Navi delivers 56m ketch "Silvana" and announces sale of new 56m ketch.
Perini Navi, worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of blue water sailing yachts, is proud to announce that the delivery of SY Silvana, 56m aluminum ketch, to her new owner took place last week. SY Silvana is the 6th in the 56m series and number 44 of the Perini Navi Fleet.
At the same time, the Company announces the sale of another 56m aluminium ketch, which will be delivered in summer 2010. Thanks to this latest contract, the 56m class has reached 10 units sold in 5 years.
In the words of Giancarlo Ragnetti, CEO of Perini Navi , “the delivery of SY Silvana and the signing of the sales contract for the 10th unit of the 56m class, reaffirm the success of this class of sailing yachts and will allow us to begin 2009 with optimism and appreciation of our clients' continued confidence."
